Program Notes & Requirements

Participant must be members of Benton Rural Electric Association. To qualify for low-income rebates the participant's household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty line.

Residential rebates available for a variety of products. Products include appliances, smart thermostats, heat pumps, windows, and insulation. Low-Income rebates are also available for heat pumps, duct sealing, insulation and store windows.
